If anyone has empty honey glass jars, please let me know and we can arrange to pick them up or you can drop them off to me on Saturdays from 8 am to 1 pm at the Clarence Hollow Farmers Market from June to October. It is important to know, by law, honey is sold by weight and not volume. There are jars that are designed for honey. The common honey jars are depicted below. They are from left to right: 2.5 lbs., 4 lbs., 2 lbs,1 lb, 1 lb and 1 lb.
